After brewing, remove the filter and discard the coffee grounds. Then rinse all parts thoroughly with hot water and let them dry completely before stacking them for storage. It's a simple routine but important if you want to preserve a clean taste over time.

We recommend that you first warm up the carafe and brewer with hot water to maintain an even temperature during brewing. Then place the stainless steel filter or paper filter in the brewer.

Measure about 15 grams of coffee beans per cup and grind them to a medium-coarse consistency, roughly like table salt. Place the coffee in the filter and slowly pour about 30 ml of water at around 93°C over the bed. Let the coffee bloom for 30–45 seconds.

Then continue pouring the water in a calm, circular motion without pouring directly onto the filter. For two cups, about 300–350 ml total is enough, and the entire brewing should take around 3–4 minutes. One honest thing to know is that this set is best suited for those who appreciate manual brewing – if you want fast, fully automatic coffee preparation, there are better options.
