In practice it means the reviewer skimmed the diff on mobile during standup, recognized the variable names, and trusted the author because the build is green and the ticket has been open for two weeks. This shirt is for developers who've approved a PR that broke production and also for developers whose PRs have been approved by people who were clearly reviewing with one eye closed. LGTM exists on a spectrum from I read every line and have no concerns to I see code, I see tests, merging because the sprint ends Friday. The gamble usually pays off. Usually. The Friday deploy is always optional until it isn't.
