taupe with an overlay of arabesque vines and lush primroses. Spandrels echo the
hues of the medallion and contrast with the ivory of the field. The field is
covered with a lattice of dancing vines. A wide band of soft red features a
stylized floral motif, flanked by thin guard bands of boteh and fret borders.
