What goes in.

Grifola frondosa (maitake mushroom), wolfiporia cocos (poria mushroom), lentinula edodes (shiitake mushroom), Cordyceps sinensis (cultivated CS-4 mycelium), agaricus blazei (agaricus mushroom), hericium erinaceus (lion's mane mushroom), ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom),inonotus obliquus (chaga mushroom).

What kept out.

Additives, heavy metals, pesticides, alfatoxins and more. Tinctures with flavouring and alcohol or blends full of sugar and caffeine.

Did you know?

Did you know chemical disinfectants, such as chlorine, are often used to sterilise commercial mushroom sheds and harvesting equipment between growing cycles? These chemicals can leave harmful residue behind, increasing the risk of contaminating our mushrooms.

Geography.

Sustainably sourced from the wild, pristine mountain regions of Northeast China, and carefully packed in Australia.  

Hot tip.

Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired.

Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.

Make part of your daily routine, ideally in the morning to start your day.
