Diamond-Groove Bushings

Diamond-Groove Bushings are designed for cast-in-place or potted installation. The diamond-knurled OD provides excellent holding strength against both rotational and axial forces. Since the bushing's OD is not ground, the ID must be accurately located during casting or potting to ensure accuracy in the Finished tool.

No-Counterbore Option on Long Bushings

Extremely long bushings with a small ID size are counterbored according to ANSI standards for proper drill-bearing length to eliminate binding and heat buildup. Add "-NCB" for applications that require these bushings without a counterbore.
