Fig Trees - Yellow Long NeckAlso known as the Honey Fig, the Yellow Long Neck fig yields large round fruit with a long with thin, tender skin and sweet amber flesh. It is favored among fig lovers for its sweetness. The main crop of Yellow Long Neck produces a honey type fig with green skin. It ripens fairly late but appears to be, by all accounts, a very cold hardy tree. While like most honey figs it has issues in the rain, including spoilage and a loss of flavor, it still does
